Hospice Aide - PRN — 3rd shift
Rose Arbor
Opportunity to work as a member of an interdisciplinary team providing personal care services to clients in a residential environment, according to the Client’s Plan of Care. High school graduate or equivalent and at least one year previous experience providing personal care. Must be CNA certified.
Registered Nurse - PRN — 3rd shift
Rose Arbor
Opportunity to work as a member of an interdisciplinary team providing skilled care and support for clients in a residential environment. Licensed RN with one year's general nursing and current hospice, medical, surgical, or critical care experience required. Demonstrated knowledge in providing pain and symptom management. CPR certified, IV skills preferred.
Program Assistant — Part-time, Twenty (20) hours per week
Oakland Centre
Our Adult Day Services at Oakland Centre is seeking an outgoing, dynamic personality with the ability to motivate and build enthusiasm in others. This candidate will provide personal care, help coordinate and participate in all social, leisure, physical and educational activities for the adult day participants. High School graduate or equivalent with one year previous experience as home health aide. CNA and previous activity experience working with the elderly or persons with disabilities preferred.
(2) Registered Nurses - After Hours/On-Call — 2nd/3rd shift
Kalamazoo
Opportunity for a self-directed RN to work as a member of an interdisciplinary team providing skilled care and support for clients in their place of residence. Licensed RN with one year’s general nursing and current hospice, medical, surgical, or critical care experience required. Demonstrated knowledge in providing pain and symptom management. CPR certified, IV skills preferred.
These positions will work weekends (Sat. & Sun.) 8:00 pm-8:00 am and weeknights (Mon.-Fri.) 5:00 pm-8:00 am; Seven (7) on-call nights on, with seven (7) on-call nights off.
(3) Registered Nurses - weekends — 1st shift
Kalamazoo

These positions will work Sat. & Sun. 8:00 am-8:00pm; Two (2) weekends on, one (1) weekend off.
