Parent Loss Group for adults who are grieving the death of a parent (or parents) and would like to share their grief journey in a safe, supportive environment . This educational support group will meet for four consecutive weeks. During the course of the group, you will have the chance to learn more about the grief process, share memories and stories with others, and discuss changes within your family since your parent’s death. A variety of creative activities will be used to promote sharing and healing along your journey of grief. 

Topics:  Sharing Memories of our Parents; Common Grief Reactions; Sibling Relationships & Changes in the Family; Ideas for Commemoration; Moving Forward without Forgetting; and more.
