When care at home is not the best option, Rose Arbor offers a home away from home where family and friends are always welcome. As the only licensed hospice residence in the region, our professional staff provides specialized care 24 hours a day in a private, comfortable setting.
We offer a wide range of services to support individuals as they move through the grieving process toward healing. Support groups are led by licensed grief support counselors and trained volunteers. In a comfortable and accepting environment, you will find the support you need and meet others who are making a similar journey.
Before families need hospice services, they may still need help caring for an older loved one. Our professional staff provide individualized care for adults 60 years and older who need assistance during the day.
A registered nurse, social worker, music therapist, program manager, program assistants, and trained volunteers help create a better day for your loved one, and support for the caregiver. Visit oaklandcentre.org or call 269.373.3200 for more information.
