Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan offers a wide range of nursing, medical, social and grief support services; which are designed to enable the client to live in the comfort and privacy of his or her own home. If staying at home is not possible or desirable, care can be provided at Rose Arbor, our hospice residence, or in a nursing home, adult foster care or assisted living facility. We also offer family and friends ongoing emotional and spiritual support.

Our highly trained hospice team works with you and your family to
address all of your needs and to make the most of your time together.
 Your family
doctor directs your medical
care and treatment.
The
Hospice Medical Director
supervises your care.
Registered
Nurses are experts in pain
and symptom control to keep you comfortable and alert.
Social Workers
support you and your family
and help coordinate community resources.
Chaplains
provide spiritual support and work with your faith
community.
Home Health
Aides assist with
personal care needs, including bathing as needed.
Volunteers
are trained to offer companionship and relief to you and
your caregivers.
Grief Support
Counselors provide support
for up to 13 months after a loved one's death.
Additional services: family respite
services, nutritional counseling, short-term inpatient care in a local
facility for respite or symptom management; physical, occupational,
speech therapy, music therapy and massage therapy.
