Share the love with Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan’s clinical staff!

A little love to our aides, nurses and doctors goes a long way.

During this time of COVID-19 there are many things we do not know, and so many things that are changing. But, one thing that hasn’t changed is the incredible care that our clinical staff continues to provide to our community.
We are hoping that you can help us with a small project to show them how much we all appreciate all the great work they are continuing to do!
We are asking you to share the love with Hospice.
How can you do that?
Send us a selfie with your “love” message to our clinical staff.
Ideas for messages:
  • Thank you for ________
  • I love Hospice because ________
  • We support you!
  • ROCKSTARS! 🙂
  • (anything you want to say!)

We will be sharing the photos with our clinical staff when they come to our office, and through our Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan Facebook page (so please, only share photos that you are okay with being shared on social media!)
