Volunteer to be with a person at the end of life. You will have the unique opportunity to share moments of joy and sadness, provide comfort, and reduce isolation and fear.  The clients we serve may be living in their private residence, a community care facility or in one of our agency operated hospice residences.

Volunteers may become a companion to the client by visiting regularly.  When family is caring for the client volunteers may offer much needed respite services allowing caregiver the peace of mind they need to leave the clients side.

Hospice services are flexible and driven by the unique physical emotional and spiritual needs of the client.  Volunteers may be asked to help with errands, assist with light housekeeping or offering occasional transportation.

Volunteers become a part of the care team for our clients.

We serve everyone regardless of race, color, ethnic or religious background, national origin, citizenship, age, height, weight, disability, marital status, familial status, or gender and do not discriminate based on pregnancy, sex stereotyping, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by federal or state law.
